We are seeking a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Receptionist to be the first point of contact at Scholarly Guide. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk activities, assist with basic administrative support, and represent the brand with professionalism and a warm, helpful demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members with a positive and professional attitude.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and respond to email inquiries.
Manage front office operations including mail, deliveries, and office supplies.
Maintain appointment schedules, visitor logs, and meeting room bookings.
Provide administrative support such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist in coordinating small events, internal communications, and office logistics.
Support other departments with tasks as needed.
