We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Vrikshya Cafe Restaurant & Bar.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Lead and coordinate service staff during shifts.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and discipline.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and management team.
• Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and restaurant SOPs.
• Assist in staff training and improve overall service quality.
• Monitor table service, orders, billing, and overall guest experience.
• Prepare shift reports and communicate operational issues to management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant, cafe, hotel, or hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
• Good understanding of restaurant service and guest handling.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Candidates with relevant hospitality experience will be preferred.
