Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Professional Medical Representative role based in Kathmandu. The Professional Medical Representative will promote and detail pharmaceutical products and medical solutions to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and medical institutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting regular visits to assigned territories, presenting product information, answering medical and product-related inquiries, and supporting prescription generation. The role also involves gathering market and competitive intelligence, maintaining accurate records of visits and sales activities, and following up on customer feedback. The Professional Medical Representative will collaborate with internal teams to plan promotional activities, achieve sales targets, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge or background in Pharmacy and Medicine, with the ability to understand product information and medical terminology.
• Ability to gather and interpret Market Intelligence, including competitor activities and market trends.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with healthcare professionals.
• Customer Service orientation, with a focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships.
• Relevant academic qualification.
• Prior experience as a medical or pharmaceutical representative is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, including territory management, reporting, and time management.
• Willingness to travel within Kathmandu and nearby areas as required.
• Ability to work ethically, follow compliance standards, and represent the company professionally.
