Client Vendor Relation Officer

Job Description

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to generate repeat business.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality, pricing, and timely delivery of products.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and corporate agreements.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with vendors and clients.
• Monitor order processing and ensure smooth execution from confirmation to dispatch.
• Resolve client and vendor issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain updated records of corporate accounts and vendor databases.
• Support management in identifying new corporate business opportunities.

 

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in corporate sales or vendor management (preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in the gift, retail, or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
