Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Designer who combines strong design sensibility with a passion for marketing and sales. The ideal candidate will play a key role in client engagement, design consultation, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Field visits and Meet clients and understand their requirements for kitchens, closets, and doors.

• Prepare interior design concepts, layouts, and presentations

• Promote company products and solutions to prospective clients

• Handle marketing and sales activities, from lead generation to deal closure

• Instruct and coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure project execution

• Participate in marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and promotional activities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

• Additional professional qualifications in design or sales/marketing preferred

• Strong flair for marketing and sales with persuasive communication skills

• Good knowledge of kitchen, wardrobe, and door systems

• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D tools, etc.)

• Presentable personality with excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets

Experience

• Prior experience in interior design and/or sales of modular kitchens, closets, or interiors will be an advantage

• Fresh candidates with strong design skills and sales aptitude may also apply
