Tour Operation Manager

Job Description

• Do proper Registration of service requirements
• Reconfirm services on a systematic way
• Issue service vouchers to all the service providers
• Check vehicles, guide and tour officers service quality before service start.
• Issue allowance vouchers to in house guides and tour escorts
• Issue advance payment requisition to guide and tour escort
• Make a call to clients on daily basis and enquire about their services status and fill in quality sheet
• Receive report and prepare report and close the sales file and handover to Finance after approval
• Prepare and submit daily operational movement report
• Prepare operational equipment list and make sure all the operational equipment are well stocked .
• Issue operational equipment requirement memo and get it prepared.
• Submit daily and monthly report in time

• Minimum 30+ age
• Good communication skill
• Excellent management skill
• Excellent spoken and written English and Nepali
• Nepali typing skill
• Polite
• Good convincing power
• Well groomed and managed
• Excellent knowledge in Tourism
• Good sales skill
