AI Video Editor

We’re looking for an AI Video Editor who can take generated clips and turn them into ads that actually work.

You don’t need years of experience. We’re looking for someone with a good eye, solid editing fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to take an edit from rough footage to a finished piece without constant hand-holding.

What you’ll do

• Edit AI-generated clips into clear, engaging ads based on the client brief.
• Build strong pacing, transitions, sound design, subtitles, graphics, and visual effects.
• Review generated footage critically and identify weak, missing, or unusable shots.
• Handle revisions and improve edits based on feedback.
• Export videos correctly for different social and digital platforms.
• Keep project files, versions, assets, and final deliverables organized.
• Work closely with the production team to get videos shipped on time.

You’ll be a good fit if

• You have 0–1 years of experience in video editing, content creation, or related work.
• You have a few months of hands-on experience using editing software.
• You understand pacing, storytelling, sound, subtitles, and visual hierarchy.
• You notice small mistakes and know how to improve an edit.
• You can work independently without needing constant direction.
• You’re comfortable learning new AI and creative tools.

Bonus

Motion graphics, animation, Photoshop, Illustrator, or social media content experience.

Portfolio required

Your portfolio matters more than your years of experience.

Show us your strongest work — reels, ads, before-and-after edits, personal experiments, client work, or anything else that demonstrates your editing ability.

What we offer

• NPR 20,000/month during the 3-month probation
• NPR 25,000/month after successful probation
• Salary moves up based on team output and performance
