Nuventure Nepal Pvt. Ltd. is a growing post-production studio in Lalitpur, Nepal, producing polished, platform-ready content for international clients. Our work spans podcasts, long-form edits, vlogs, commercial campaigns, motion graphics, and corporate video.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Video Editor who can take raw footage and turn it into something genuinely compelling, clean cuts, strong pacing, and a real sense of story. This role goes beyond basic editing: you'll be handling motion graphics, animation, audio cleanup, and color grading, often with full ownership of a project from start to finish. We're after someone who works well independently, catches their own mistakes before anyone else has to, and takes real pride in the quality of their output.

Your Responsibilities

• Edit long-form and short-form video with a strong sense of pacing, structure, and storytelling
• Build motion graphics and animation using After Effects to elevate the final product
• Perform audio cleanup, leveling, and polish so every deliverable sounds as good as it looks
• Apply color grading that's consistent, intentional, and client-ready
• Self-review all work for typos, continuity errors, and technical issues before submission
• Work independently on assigned projects with minimal supervision, managing your own time and priorities
• Take full responsibility for the quality of your deliverables from first cut to final export
• Collaborate with the project manager and wider team on creative direction and revisions
• Maintain organized project files and follow established naming and workflow conventions
• Continuously refine your craft and stay current with editing and motion graphics techniques

What You Bring

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on video editing experience
• Strong storytelling instincts and a portfolio that shows clean, engaging edits
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; DaVinci Resolve experience is a plus
• Solid motion graphics and animation skills
• Practical experience with audio cleanup and color grading
• Sharp attention to detail and strong self-QA habits, you catch what others miss
• A responsible, accountable approach to your work
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality output without close supervision
• Comfortable with flexible scheduling; open to either day shift or night shift

• Type: Full-Time
• Shift: Flexible, either day shift or night shift, you can choose. Meal provided for night shift team members.
