• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the supervisor/management.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and other sales activities when required.
