We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Tech Support Representative for our CCTV, Pabx, Access Control, Biometric attendances etc services. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting providing technical support, product explanation and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and maintain CCTV, PABX, Access Control, and Biometric systems.
• Provide technical support and basic troubleshooting to customers.
• Handle basic hardware, software, networking, and server-related issues.
• Explain product features and guide customers on proper usage.
• Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, service requests, and actions taken.
• Coordinate with senior technical staff to resolve complex issues.
• Ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
