Job Description

Brandworth Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to support project execution and coordination activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication between teams, timely completion of projects, and efficient handling of on-site responsibilities. This role requires frequent field visits; therefore, a two-wheeler is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor project activities from initiation to completion
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress aligns with timelines
• Prepare project reports, updates, and necessary documentation
• Handle scheduling, planning, and resource coordination
• Resolve on-site issues while maintaining quality standards
• Support project managers in daily operational and coordination tasks

Job Specification

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
• Basic understanding of project management processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
• Willingness to travel locally for site visits

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in project coordination or field operations will be highly preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
