Institution: Swastik College

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 9:20 AM (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday)

Duration: 50 Hours (Non-Credit)

Compensation: Project-Based

Swastik College, in collaboration with Next Step Infotech, is seeking a skilled and passionate Data Science Instructor to conduct a short-term non-credit course focused on data analysis, machine learning fundamentals, and industry-standard data tools. The instructor will guide students through hands-on, project-based learning, culminating in group projects and presentations that demonstrate applied data skills and analytical thinking.

Key requirements

▸ Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

▸ Proficiency in industry-standard tools and languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Tableau, or Power BI).

▸ Prior teaching or mentoring experience preferred.

▸ Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

▸ Ability to mentor students effectively through project-based, real-world learning scenarios.

Key responsibilities

▸ Deliver structured and engaging sessions covering data science concepts, statistical analysis, and machine learning fundamentals.

▸ Provide hands-on guidance with programming tools, data wrangling, visualization, and model building.

▸ Evaluate student progress, data projects, and final group presentations with constructive feedback.
