Key Knowledge and Abilities

Personally welcome and greet VIP, long-staying and repeat guests upon arrival.

Coordinate pre-arrival preparations for VIP guests, including room amenities and special requests.

Conduct courtesy calls to check on guest satisfaction and wellbeing during their stay.

Handle and resolve guest complaints promptly, ensuring effective service recovery.

Maintain and continuously update detailed guest profiles, preferences and special occasions.

Coordinate with other departments to fulfill special guest requests and personalized services.

Organize special guest experiences such as birthdays, anniversaries and celebrations.
