Job Summary

Web InfoTech is looking for a talented and motivated Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly digital experiences that align with client requirements, user needs, and business objectives.

The role involves the complete UI/UX design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, usability testing, and collaboration with developers to deliver high-quality digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate product and project requirements into user-friendly wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.

• Design modern, responsive, and user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and improve design solutions.

• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.

• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across digital products.

• Apply UX principles, responsive design practices, and accessibility standards.

• Collaborate with developers, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the design and development process.

• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.

• Present design concepts and clearly communicate design decisions based on user needs and business objectives.

• Review existing products and identify opportunities to improve usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.

• Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, tools, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience designing web and mobile applications.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX methodologies.

• Familiarity with Agile development processes.

• Basic understanding of Information Technology and software development concepts.

• Ability to communicate and defend design decisions using user needs, research, and business objectives.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Figma or other modern UI/UX design tools.

• Experience with Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar platforms is an advantage.
