Key Responsibilities

Identify training needs through performance appraisal.
Prepare monthly and annually cullender.
Design training models
Ensure practical and classroom training balance
Ensure proper assembly, as per SOP & OEM standard.
Coordinate with plan team for timely production of motorcycle
Manage the dealer service, as per company norms
