Assistant – Recovery

About the job

We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented individual to join our team as Assistant – Recovery.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up with customers for overdue payments and recovery of outstanding loans

Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding repayment schedules

Maintain proper records and update recovery reports

Support the team in managing delinquent accounts

Assist in field visits when required for recovery follow-ups

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree completed

1–2 years of experience in loan recovery or a similar role (preferably in BFIs or financial institutions)

Good communication and negotiation skills

Ability to handle difficult situations professionally

Good reporting and documentation skills
