Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding into new markets and regions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, distributors, and key stakeholders.

Generate sales leads, conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and partnership agreements in coordination with internal teams.

Collaborate with product and marketing teams to execute business growth strategies and campaigns.

Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure while achieving revenue and KPI targets.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities, and submit regular performance reports.

Represent the company at client visits, industry events, and business meetings within and outside Kathmandu.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development and sales.

Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment.

Experience working with technology products, technology partners, IT solutions, or system integrators is preferred.
