We are looking for a Sales Officer to drive business growth by generating new leads, building strong customer relationships, and promoting AWT’s technology and cloud solutions. The role involves prospecting, handling sales enquiries, preparing quotations, following up on opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets while working closely with internal teams.

Job Responsibilities

Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, networking, referrals and online research.

Contact prospective customers, understand their requirements and introduce appropriate products and services.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and sales opportunities.

Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations as required.

Coordinate with Technical, Marketing and other relevant teams to address customer requirements.

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM/system.

Follow up on leads, quotations and opportunities and support timely conversion.

Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and repeat business.

Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Stay updated on AWT's products, services and developments in the technology and cloud computing industry.
