Job Description

• Design creative graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, and branding materials.

• Develop and maintain visually appealing, user-friendly websites.

• Create website layouts, landing pages, and UI elements based on project requirements.

• Ensure all designs align with brand identity and guidelines.

• Work on UI/UX design, including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

• Update and maintain company websites, ensuring functionality and performance.

• Optimise graphics and website elements for speed and responsiveness.

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver engaging visual content.

• Ensure websites are responsive across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.

• Perform basic SEO optimisation through design structure and layout.

• Edit images, videos, and multimedia content when required.

• Troubleshoot minor design and website issues.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Job Specification

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, web design, IT, or a related field.

• Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic and web design.

• Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.

• Web Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).

• Design Skills: Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and branding.

• UI/UX Knowledge: Ability to create user-friendly and visually engaging designs.

• Technical Skills: Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

• Creativity: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving ability.

• Communication: Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and consistency in design work.

• Additional Skills: Knowledge of animation, video editing, or motion graphics is an advantage.
