Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete design projects for advertising, digital marketing, packaging, branding, and other areas.
• Collaborate with creative directors, strategists, and content teams to develop strong visual concepts.
• Create compelling, on-brand visuals from briefs for print, digital, and social platforms.
• Oversee design consistency while elevating the brand’s creative expression.
• Present ideas and design concepts to internal teams and clients confidently.
• Manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Job Specification

What You Bring

• 4+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or high-paced creative environment.
• A standout portfolio with a range of branding, campaign, and multi-channel design work.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Nice to have motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to balance creative innovation with strategic objectives.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for great design.
