KIRDARC Nepal is an NGO dedicated to Human Rights, Peace Building, Media and Development in Karnali Zone since 1999. It works with a mission to enable Karnali people to claim and exercise their rights for poverty reduction and improved livelihoods through their organization, research, policy advocacy and judicious resources mobilization. It has been implementing various project/programs with the funding support of different partner organizations.

Karnali Integrated Rural Development and Research Centre (KIRDARC Nepal) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to promoting the rights of marginalized and excluded communities through interventions in human rights, democracy, good governance, and inclusive development. The organization works to strengthen the capacities of rights holders, duty bearers, and civil society organizations to advance social justice, equitable access to opportunities and resources, and sustainable community development.

KIRDARC Nepal has been implementing various development projects since in 1999 across the country with support from different funding partners. Its strategic presence in Karnali Province is rooted in field-level operations jointly coordinated with Local Governments and other stakeholders.

To support the operation of its Coordination Office in Sanepa, Lalitpur, KIRDARC Nepal invites applications from qualified, competent, self-motivated, and committed Nepali citizens for the following full-time position:

1. Position

Finance and Admin Support Officer (1 Position, based in Sanepa, Lalitpur)

Academic Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in BBA or BBS from a recognized university. Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in administration and finance functions, preferably in NGO/INGO or donor-funded projects. Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.

Key Skills and Knowledge required: - Practical skills in accounting, general administration, and logistics functions. Knowledge of FAMAS Accounting Software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong communication, facilitation, and report-writing skills in both Nepali and English. Good understanding of organizational policies and compliance requirements.
