Key Responsibilities

• Production Support: Assist in creating visual assets of varying complexity under supervision.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior artists, seek feedback, and contribute to team discussions.
• Design & Concepting: Help with sketches, concepts, and design iterations.
• Research: Gather references and explore design trends to support visual development.
• File Management: Organize and document assets properly.
• Mentorship (early stage): Begin supporting junior peers in specific areas.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Art/Design or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in creative roles
• Basic-to-growing proficiency in design tools and 3D pipeline
• Ability to communicate ideas and contribute to visual direction
