Job Summary:

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages to customers while providing excellent customer service. The Barista ensures quality, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment in the café.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly manner

• Take beverage and food orders accurately

• Prepare coffee and other drinks according to standard recipes

• Operate coffee machines and other equipment properly

• Serve beverages and food items neatly and quickly

• Maintain cleanliness of the counter and work area

• Handle cash and card payments

• Restock supplies (coffee beans, milk, cups, etc.)

• Follow hygiene and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum basic education (High School preferred)

• Previous café or hospitality experience is an advantage
