We are looking for a smart, organized, and professional Front Desk Officer/Admin to manage front office operations for multiple companies. The candidate will be responsible for handling client interactions, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations for 3–4 companies efficiently
- Greet and assist clients/visitors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Coordinate with internal teams and management
- Maintain records, documents, and office files
- Ensure smooth office operations and administrative support
- Handle client communication and follow-ups
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in front desk/admin role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
