We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
- Provide basic and accurate information to clients and visitors
- Maintain records and perform administrative duties as assigned
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Studies (Running or Completed)
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or similar role (Plus point)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and customer service attitude
- Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
