Key Qualifications and Requirements

A Master’s degree in Social Science, Environmental/Ag. Science, Development Studies, or a related discipline.

At least two years of relevant experience in community development projects, preferably involving project coordination, stakeholder engagement, community mobilization, report writing, and communication.

Strong interpersonal, coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
