KOSHISH is implementing the Promoting Inclusive Education Project in Salyan district with support from Felm Nepal. The project aims to improve access to inclusive quality education for children with disabilities and marginalized children through strengthening disability-friendly school environments, teacher capacity development, psychosocial and wellbeing support, community engagement, and local government ownership of inclusive education systems.

To ensure effective implementation, KOSHISH seeks a qualified Project Coordinator to provide strategic, technical, and operational leadership at district level.

The Project Coordinator will lead the overall district-level implementation of the project under the supervision of the Program Manager. The Project Coordinator will ensure high-quality planning, execution, monitoring, stakeholder engagement, team supervision, financial compliance, and documentation of project results.

The role requires strong leadership in inclusive education programming, disability inclusion, local governance engagement, safeguarding, and results-based management.

Advocacy and Capacity Strengthening

Safeguarding, Inclusion and Risk Management
