Jaya Bageshwori Media Network Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Marketing Officer to join our team remotely. Based in Kathmandu, Nepal, you will drive strategic marketing initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and support sales growth across our media platforms.

Role & Responsibilities

Identify and approach

Potential advertisers and sponsors.

Sell advertising packages for radio, television, digital media, and events.

Promote special packages during festivals and events.

Client Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups.

Address client concerns and provide timely solutions.

Event Marketing

Promote all media products and services of the company.

Assist in organizing promotional campaigns and events.

Coordinate marketing activities on social media and digital platforms

Submit daily field visit reports.

Maintain records of advertisements booked and payments collected.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in marketing, advertising, or sales & marketing.

Proven ability to conduct market research and translate findings into actionable strategies.

Strong skills in advertising, campaign planning, and digital media management.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Salary range

NPR 20,000 – 25,000 per month.
