Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Kathmandu. The Content Creator will develop, write, and produce engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, and marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include researching industry trends, brainstorming creative concepts with the marketing team, co-ordinating and managing creators and actors, and creating text, visual, or multimedia content that aligns with client branding and campaign goals. The role also involves optimizing content for audience engagement, collaborating with team to maintain consistent messaging, and tracking content performance to inform future strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in content creation for digital platforms, including copywriting, basic visual content production, and storytelling.
• Ability to research topics, understand brand guidelines, and translate business objectives into clear, audience-focused content.
• Familiarity with social media, digital marketing concepts, and content optimization for engagement and reach.
• Proficiency with common content and collaboration tools.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Should be comfortable to be in front of camera.
