Rijalco Group is seeking a proactive and target-oriented Marketing / Field Sales Person to promote and sell its range of CPVC, PVC, and HDPE pipes and fittings. The role involves regular field visits, developing new customers, maintaining relationships with dealers, retailers, plumbers, contractors, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to identify new customers, dealers, retailers, contractors, and business opportunities.
• Promote Rijalco's pipes, fittings, and plumbing solutions to potential customers.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers and business partners.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, plumbers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Visit construction sites, hardware shops, plumbing businesses, and relevant market areas.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Follow up on quotations, inquiries, orders, and payments.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Support promotional campaigns, product demonstrations, and brand-building activities.
• Maintain accurate records of field visits, leads, sales, and customer follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding customer requirements, stock, delivery, and other sales-related matters.

• Minimum +2 or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in field sales, marketing, distribution, hardware, construction materials, plumbing products, or a related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable with extensive field work.
• Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
