Jimmal Group is looking for motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Agents to work across different locations and handle property buyers, sellers and sales opportunities.Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage buyer and seller leads.
• Identify and maintain quality property inventory in assigned areas.
• Understand client requirements and match suitable properties.
• Conduct property visits and client meetings.
• Follow up with clients and maintain CRM records.
• Negotiate and assist clients throughout the transaction.
• Work toward assigned sales and activity KPIs.
• Build strong relationships with property owners and clients.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager and team to close transactions.

CompensationSalary + Commission / KPI-Based Commission depending on the selected employment model and experience.
