KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create high-quality photo and video content across various Mindrisers projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with the team during concept development, brainstorming ideas, planning content themes, and creating visual stories.
• Capture engaging content both indoors and outdoors across different project sites and locations.
• Present and appear in video content when required, communicating naturally and confidently on camera.
• Edit and prepare content for various digital platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Contribute creative ideas for social media campaigns, events, promotional activities, and other initiatives.
• Adapt content according to different platforms, audiences, and campaign objectives.
• Travel to different Mindrisers units, events, and project locations as required.
• Manage assigned content independently and ensure consistent, timely delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Previous experience in content creation, photography, videography, or a related field.
• Strong visual sense with the ability to create aesthetic, engaging, and audience-focused content.
• Confident and comfortable appearing on camera and presenting in videos.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors and adapting to different project environments.
• Ability to conceptualize ideas and collaborate creatively with a team.
• Basic video and photo editing skills; experience with mobile editing applications is acceptable.
• Must be comfortable shooting content using a smartphone; professional cameras and other equipment may be provided when required.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and current content trends is an advantage.
• Good communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively, travel independently, and consistently deliver assigned content.
