Daily responsibilities include assisting customers at the counter, answering phone inquiries, handling billing, and providing clear, courteous information about pharmacy services. The role also involves maintaining stock levels, organizing shelves, checking expiry dates, and supporting overall inventory management to ensure an orderly and compliant pharmacy environment. The Pharmacy Assistant will collaborate with the pharmacy team to uphold safety standards, confidentiality, and a high level of customer service.Qualifications
