• Fresher to 1 year of hands-on experience in a technical field
• Candidates with a valid driving license and own two-wheeler will be given preference

Key Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of installation processes and safety standards
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage site operations and coordinate with subcontractors
• Strong attention to detail with a safety-first approach
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office & reporting tools)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in installation, maintenance, and technical operations at project sites
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Coordinate with subcontractors and monitor site activities
• Identify and resolve on-site technical issues efficiently
• Support the project team in daily execution and operations
• Prepare daily site reports and maintain project documentation
