📋 About This Role

As a Delivery Rider at Daraz, you will be a crucial part of our logistics team, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages to our customers. We are looking for reliable individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and are comfortable navigating the local area. Your role will involve managing deliveries in a fast-paced environment, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining communication with our operations team.

📝 Roles & Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include picking up packages from our distribution center, delivering them to customers across Imadol and Sallaghari, maintaining accurate delivery records, and ensuring the safe handling of all packages. You will also need to interact with customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have, and reporting any issues related to deliveries to the management team.

🎓 Qualification

A valid motorcycle or bicycle driving license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and previous experience in a delivery or logistics role are preferred. Familiarity with the Imadol and Sallaghari areas is a plus.
