Rural Community Development Centre (RCDC), Mugu is a non-profit, non-religious, and non-political pioneering NGO that has been working with disadvantaged and marginalized communities since its establishment in 1998 A.D. The organization is committed to contributing to the multidimensional development of women, girls, marginalized, and disadvantaged groups in remote areas of Nepal.

RCDC, Mugu in partnership of One Heart Worldwide (OHW) is implementing the project “Strengthening Maternal Neonatal Health Services in Partnership with the Local Government (स्थानीय सरकारको साझेदारीमा मातृ तथा नवजात शिशु स्वास्थ्य सेवा सुदृढिकरण) in Mugu from November 2025. RCDC, Mugu hereby invites applications from suitable and qualified Nepalese citizens for the following position:

Field Officer- Non-Clinical - 1 (One)

District Headquarters, Mugu with a minimum 70% field travel/visits required.

The Field Officer- Non-Clinical will be responsible for providing technical and programmatic support to local government health units, MNH service providers at health facilities, and other relevant stakeholders in maternal and neonatal health (MNH) program planning and implementation. The position will also support community awareness and advocacy activities, MNH status assessment, planning, monitoring, and follow-up at both facility and community levels.
