We are looking for a hardworking, service-oriented, and reliable Kitchen Steward / Waiter / Waitress to support food and beverage operations at Vedic Life Yoga Resort and Retreat. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness while providing efficient and professional service to guests as required.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, dining, and service areas.

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.

Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation and kitchen support activities.

Set up dining areas and ensure tables are properly arranged.

Welcome guests and provide friendly and professional service.

Take food and beverage orders and communicate them accurately to the kitchen.

Serve food and beverages to guests efficiently and professionally.

Clear and clean tables after service.

Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness throughout the service area.

Assist in preparing the restaurant/dining area before and after service.

Follow food safety and sanitation standards.

Respond to guest requests and coordinate with relevant team members when necessary.

Support other F&B activities as assigned by the supervisor.
