Job Summary

The Service Head is responsible for leading and managing the organization’s service operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, efficient service delivery, timely resolution of customer issues, and achievement of service performance targets. The role involves managing service teams, improving operational processes, monitoring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with other departments to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees daily after-sales service workflows, repair turn-around time (TAT), and field service networks across multiple locations.

• Lead, train, and mentor regional service managers, support staff, and field technicians.

• Manage authorized service centers, third-party contractors, and spare parts inventory compliance.

• Track key metrics like Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Implement CRM tools and automated service management systems to streamline operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor in Electronics and Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• 5–10 years of relevant experience, with experience in a supervisory or managerial service role.

• Experience in customer service, after-sales service, operations, or service management is preferred.
