Job DescriptionThe Junior Marketing Officer will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing activities, promotional campaigns, BTL initiatives, events, and market research. The role will assist in strengthening brand awareness, improving customer engagement, and supporting overall business growth through effective marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Support BTL activities, brand activations, and events.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support digital marketing and social media activities when required.
• Monitor campaign performance and maintain marketing activity records.
• Prepare basic marketing reports, campaign updates, and presentations.
• Assist in managing promotional materials and marketing-related activities.
• Support other marketing initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
• Good understanding of marketing and promotional activities.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Creative, proactive, and organized approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
