• Generate leads and identify potential customers for Commercial Vehicles.
• Conduct field visits, manage showroom walk-ins, and perform regular follow-ups to meet sales targets.
• Effectively present product features, benefits, pricing, and financing options to customers.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
• Collaborate with finance, insurance, service, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications & RequirementsRequired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, or Intermediate qualification (10+2) with at least 1 year of relevant sales experience.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer concerns efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience working with B2B enterprise clients or fleet sales.
• Knowledge of local market dynamics and dealer networks in the commercial vehicle segment.
• Certification in sales training or customer relationship management.

Driving License
