Role Description (Chitwan Branch)

Responsible for managing credit and recovery activities for the Chitwan branch and assigned locations. Conducts regular follow-ups with loan customers through calls, field visits, and correspondence to ensure timely EMI collection. Handles loan documentation, prepares and verifies loan files, coordinates loan disbursement, and maintains accurate records. Identifies and approaches potential customers in the Chitwan market, promotes company products and services, resolves client queries, and builds strong, long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications/Requirement

• Bachelors with 2 years of experience

• Analytical skill

• Good communication and Negotiation skill

• 2 Wheelers Driving License + Vehicle Compulsory

• Fluent English/Nepali both oral and written
