• Experience: 3-4 years of experience as an Account Associate/Executive or relevant position in hotel or relevant industry

• Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Daily Accounting Tasks: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including income, expenses, and payments.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
• Reconciliation: Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all accounts are balanced.
• Billing & Invoicing: Handle guest billing, vendor payments, and other transactions in a timely manner.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets and forecasts to ensure financial goals are met.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
• Audit Support: Assist with both internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.

• Qualifications & Requirements:

• Relationship Management skills
• Proficient in using MS-Word, Excel and Property Management System IDS or Similar Software.
• Experience in managing key accounts and meeting given targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry and market trends
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
