The firm supports business owners through the sale, growth, and exit process, including preparing businesses for sale (CIMs, teasers, valuation), managing the sale process (buyer outreach, deal execution) and advising lower-middle-market companies on sale, merger, or exit transactions.We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to support Now Exit. The ideal candidate combines strong financial analysis and modeling skills with the ability to create polished, executive-level presentations and investment materials.Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models and perform valuation analysis.
• Conduct company, industry, and market research.
• Analyze financial and business data to support M&A and investment decisions.
• Prepare client-ready presentations, reports, and investment materials.
• Support senior team members in delivering high-quality advisory work.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Financial Advisory, or a related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a global team.
• Strong interest in M&A, investments, and financial advisory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• CA / ACCA / CFA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, valuation, and financial modeling.
