Job DescriptionOur Client, Himalayan Suite Hotel & Spa is looking for a skilled, professional, and presentable Spa Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of various massage and wellness therapies and be committed to providing a relaxing, hygienic, and high-quality experience to every guest.Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage and wellness treatments, including Ayurvedic, Deep Tissue, Thai, Swedish, Aroma Therapy, Foot Reflexology, and other spa services.
• Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable treatments.
• Interact with clients politely and professionally, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, oils, towels, and other required supplies.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation.
• Maintain client privacy, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.
• Keep treatment rooms and work areas clean, organized, and presentable.
• Handle client feedback professionally and report concerns to the management.
• Work collaboratively with the spa team to maintain a positive and relaxing environment.

Job Specification

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a spa, wellness center, hotel, or similar environment is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of different massage and therapeutic techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, polite, and customer-focused personality.
• Physically fit and capable of performing massage treatments for extended periods.
• Well-groomed and professionally presented.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.

Working Hours

9 hours per day, based on rotational shifts:

• Shift 1: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Shift 2: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Shift 3: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
