About The RoleWe are looking for a technically skilled, results-oriented Product Support Engineer – Heavy Equipment to provide technical expertise, product support, and application solutions across the company’s heavy equipment portfolio.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with heavy equipment, construction machinery, mining equipment, or commercial vehicles, along with strong technical knowledge and the ability to support both customers and internal sales teams.Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical analysis and evaluation of the complete heavy equipment product range.
• Provide technical and product training to the sales team to strengthen their product knowledge and sales capabilities.
• Support the sales team with technical information, product specifications, applications, and solutions.
• Identify new product opportunities based on market requirements, customer needs, and industry trends.
• Explore and develop new business channels to expand the brand’s market presence across Nepal.
• Provide customers with technical solutions, product recommendations, and application support.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate equipment and product applications.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and provide effective after-sales technical support.
• Coordinate with customers, sales teams, suppliers, and relevant technical teams when required.
• Monitor market developments, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the heavy equipment sector.
• Gather customer and market feedback and communicate relevant insights to the management/product team.
• Support product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer visits.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, features, applications, and technical developments.
• Ensure proper technical documentation and reporting related to products and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in:

• Mechanical Engineering
• Automobile Engineering
• or a related technical field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in product support, service engineering, technical support, or a similar technical role.
• Experience in heavy equipment, construction machinery, mining equipment, or commercial vehicles is required/preferred.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, equipment applications, and technical specifications.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and different locations across Nepal.
