Responsibilities of the Candidate

• Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, engaging content for social media, websites, and promotional materials.
• Design eye-catching graphics, thumbnails, banners, and motion graphics to complement video projects.
• Collaborate with the content team to understand project requirements and ensure brand consistency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain organized asset libraries and project files for efficient workflow.
• Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine final outputs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and software updates to enhance video and design quality.

Requirements

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Working knowledge of graphic design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation (After Effects is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across visuals.
• Good time management skills to meet deadlines on multiple projects.
• Portfolio or demo reel showcasing relevant work (academic or personal projects acceptable).
• Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback.
• Familiarity with social media video formats and trends (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or certificate in film, design, or related field preferred.
