The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage into polished video content for marketing, corporate communications, training, and other internal and external initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and managing media assets, cutting and sequencing clips, adding transitions, sound, and basic effects, and ensuring visual consistency across projects. The role also involves color grading, integrating motion graphics and titles, and collaborating with content, marketing, and consulting teams to align videos with brand guidelines and messaging. The Video Editor will be expected to meet deadlines, follow established workflows, and contribute creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling.Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production, including planning, shooting coordination, and basic understanding of camera workflows.
• Candidates should possess advanced Video Editing skills, with proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, professional visual tone and style across projects.
• Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to create titles, lower thirds, simple animations, and branded visual elements.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communications, Design, or a related field are beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and good time management and organizational skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and the ability to take and implement constructive feedback.
• Familiarity with audio editing basics, file management best practices, and exporting for different platforms (web, social media, presentations) is an advantage.
