About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team full-time and lead the editing of short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You'll work closely with our content and marketing team to turn raw footage and ideas into scroll-stopping videos that drive engagement and growth.

What You'll Do

• Edit fast-paced, trend-aware short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Add captions, transitions, sound effects, motion graphics, and music to match brand tone
• Collaborate with content creators, scriptwriters, and the social media team on storytelling and pacing
• Stay updated on platform trends, edit styles, and viral formats
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality content within tight deadlines
• Organize and maintain a structured library of raw footage, templates, and assets
• Repurpose long-form content into short, platform-optimized clips

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience editing short-form/social media video content
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong sense of pacing, timing, and storytelling suited for social media audiences
• Working knowledge of motion graphics, captions/subtitles, and basic color correction
• A solid portfolio or reel showcasing past short-form video work (required)
• Ability to work in-office full-time and collaborate closely with the team
• Bonus: experience with trends across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
