Job Description

Collect documents, parcels, or packages from the office or assigned location for delivery.

Deliver items to specified destinations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Ensure all deliveries are done according to the company’s standards and policies.

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including collecting signatures or confirmations when required.

Ensure items are handled carefully to prevent damage during transport.

Maintain cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle (if applicable).

Coordinate with supervisors for any delivery issues or route changes.

Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally and courteously with clients during delivery.

Report any delivery problems or delays to management promptly.

Keep track of delivery receipts, logs, and other documentation.

Ensure proper maintenance of delivery equipment, such as bicycles, scooters, or motorbikes, if used.

Assist in loading and unloading packages or items as needed.
