We are looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Officer to manage vendor relationships, sourcing, purchasing, negotiations, and procurement activities. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor-management experience and exposure to procuring IT assets, marketing materials, and company merchandise.

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Obtain quotations, compare proposals, and recommend suitable vendors.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, delivery timelines, and commercial terms.

Procure goods and services cost-effectively while maintaining quality standards.

Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams for timely delivery.

Maintain procurement, pricing, supplier, and payment records.

Monitor and evaluate vendor performance.

Support procurement planning and cost optimization.

Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or vendor management.

Experience dealing with vendors for IT assets, marketing materials, and company merchandise is highly preferred.

Candidates with experience in the FMCG sector are preferred.

Strong vendor sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation skills.

Good understanding of procurement processes, quotations, purchasing, and supplier management.

Ability to evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, reliability, and delivery performance.

Strong commercial awareness and cost-management abilities.

Good communication, coordination, and relationship-management skills.

Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities.

Ability to manage multiple procurement requirements and deadlines effectively.
